  [ EN ] Land along the new roads built on Antananarivo is currently the subject of land speculation. This scientific publication estimates the number of land transactions along the By-Pass from 2005 to 2021. To do this, we use the non-linear mathematical model which uses the Gauss-Newton algorithm.
  The result of this modelling leads us to plead for comments in terms of public policies, in particular for the simplification and acceleration of land transfer procedures in a controlled legal framework.
