  [FRS] L’évaluation à l’échelle systémique sert à définir le modèle d’aménagement adapté au territoire donné. Dans le milieu rural, il est primordial de mettre au point des cartes de potentialités et risques physiques, exigées lors d’une évaluation environnementale stratégique avant d’y entamer une quelconque planification. Le but en est non seulement de prendre en compte les efforts de prévention qui devraient s’orienter vers la maîtrise des facteurs de blocages et la gestion efficiente des facteurs-clé de succès. Même si la mise en application des réflexions issues des produits du Système d’Information Géographique (SIG) et de la télédétection reste jusqu’ici assez restreinte du fait des facteurs d’ordre à la fois politique que technique non encore satisfaisant. L’évaluation des indices et facteurs de pluies et de l’érosion et leur représentation par procédé de superposition des couches d’informations a fait ressortir une certaine dissymétrie Nord-Nord-Est- Sud-Sud-Ouest des facteurs physiques du milieu, de part et d’autre du Chef-lieu du District de Betafo.

  [ENG] The system-wide assessment is used to define the appropriate planning model for the given territory. In rural areas, it is essential to develop physical hazard and potential maps, which are required during a strategic environmental assessment, before planning can begin. The aim is not only to take into account prevention efforts, which should be directed towards the control of blocking factors and the efficient management of key success factors. Even if the application of the reflections resulting from the products of the Geographic Information System (GIS) and remote sensing remains so far rather limited due to technical factors that are not yet satisfactory. The evaluation of rainfall and erosion indices and factors and their representation by superimposing the layers of information revealed a certain north-north-east-south-south-west asymmetry of the physical factors of the environment, on both sides of the Betafo Capital of this District.
