  [ FR ] Il s’agit d’étudier l’élaboration de Projet Urbain basée sur la mise en application de l’intelligence artificielle de l’agglomération d’Antananarivo. Le principal objectif étant d’instaurer un Etat fort, un Etat de droit qui se fonde sur un équilibre intra-zone. Cependant, l’implication et la compétence des acteurs dits faibles et de la population locale est primordiale pour qu’ils soient compétitifs.
  L’identification des variables, de leur évolution possible, de leur influence et de leur motricité répond à des logiques qui, poussées à l’extrême, nuisent à la créativité.

  [ EN ] The aim is to study the development of an urban project based on the application of artificial intelligence in the Antananarivo conurbation. The main objective is to establish a strong State, a State governed by the rule of law, based on an intra-zone balance. However, the involvement and competence of the so-called weak players and the local population is essential if they are to be competitive.
  The identification of variables, their possible evolution, their influence and their driving force responds to logics which, taken to extremes, are detrimental to creativity.
