  [ EN ] Is the Colonial state, a French model set overseas or a conformable regime to the colonization interest itself ? Such is the question which raises crisis in the contemporary African states. The wrong debate between assimilation – association was but one way to mystify the reality. The contradiction to which the colonizer had to face an imposed sovereignty, in fact could not be effective, except by dictatorial regime, by authoritarian state, which by many aspects, repeat the static model of the old regime. After the colonization, the concept of development assumed by the state along with the cooperation with the ancient colonizing powers are, in a very large measure, examples of the permanent colonial fact.
