  Résumé de l’article

  [FR] Les résultats rapportés ici concernent des travaux effectués en 2001 dans le cadre d’un Contrat - Programme de Recherche au sein du MINESUP. L’étude se propose d’aborder la question de l’impact de la langue d’enseignement selon une approche scientifique, essayant de « neutraliser » par des procédures statistiques, les autres facteurs susceptibles d’influencer les performances des élèves, à savoir, le milieu socio-culturel, l’environnement scolaire, la qualification de l’enseignant et sa méthode d’enseignement, etc… Suite à des recueils et traitements statistiques de données utilisant questionnaires, observations de séances d’enseignement et expérimentations, un état des lieux concernant la langue d’enseignement pratiquée dans la province d’Antananarivo ainsi que les facteurs qui influent sur les acquis des élèves ont pu être dégagés, ce qui a permis d’en faire émerger le rôle de la langue
