  Résumé
  L’inclusion en position ectopique d’une dent de sagesse est une situation rare. Nous rapportons le cas d’une ectopie de la dent de sagesse mandibulaire gauche dans le condyle mandibulaire.
  Il s’est agi d’une patiente âgée de 40 ans qui a été adressée pour une cellulite faciale gauche récurrente en avril 2016. La radiographie panoramique dentaire a montré une dent de sagesse mandibulaire gauche siégeant au niveau du condyle mandibulaire gauche avec un kyste péricoronaire. Après amendement des signes inflammatoires et infectieux locaux, l’extraction de la dent a été pratiquée par voie cutanée retro-mandibulaire.
  La décision d’extraire la dent est conditionnée par plusieurs facteurs. Le choix de la voie d’abord dépend du siège de la dent et aussi de l’expérience du chirurgien.

  Abstract
  The inclusion in an ectopic position of the third molar is a rare situation. We report the case of an ectopic of the third molar mandibular in the mandibular condyle. This was a 40-year-old patient who was referred for recurrent left facial cellulitis in april 2016. The dental panoramic x-ray showed a left third molar mandibular sitting at the level of the left mandibular condyle with a pericoronal cyst. After improvement of the local inflammatory and infectious signs, the extraction of the tooth was performed via the retromandibular cutaneous route.
  The decision to extract the tooth is conditioned by several factors. The choice of approach depends on the location of the tooth and also on the experience of the surgeon.
