  [FRS] La ville de Mahajanga abrite des plages spacieuses à l’image des stations balnéaires mondiales. De belles plages attirent les touristes, mais plus les touristes sont nombreux plus ces plages sont sujettes à destruction et feront fuir ces mêmes touristes. C’est l’objet de cette étude qui consiste en : « La gestion touristique durable des plages et littoral de la ville de Mahajanga : le point de droit ». En effet, malgré l’existence des règlementations et des actions pour la protection des zones côtières, des constructions illicites foisonnent sur le rivage, des forêts de mangroves sont détruites, les déchets font partie du paysage des plages et littoral de Mahajanga ...D’où l’intérêt de savoir comment concilier la conservation du littoral de Mahajanga face à la recrudescence des activités touristiques ? Ce qui nous amène à prendre conscience de l’état de destruction dans laquelle se trouve actuellement le littoral de Mahajanga (I) avant de sortir les mesures de protection présents (II)

  [ENG] Mahajanga have a spacious beaches like all the seaside resorts in the world. Beautiful beaches attract tourists, but most tourists there are, most these beaches have more risk to be destroyed and will scare away these same tourists. This is the object of this study which consists of : "The sustainable tourism management of the beaches and coastline of the city of Mahajanga : the point of law". Indeed, despite the existence of regulations and actions for the protection of coastal areas, illegal constructions is there, mangrove forests are destroyed, waste is part of the landscape of the beaches and coastline of Mahajanga ... Then, how to reconcile the conservation of the Mahajanga coastline in the face of the upsurge in tourist activities ? This leads us to become aware of the state of destruction in which the coast of Mahajanga is currently located (I) before taking out the present protective measures (II).
