[FRS] Le comportement sexuel à risque est l’ensemble des actes en rapport avec le sexe qui mettent en danger la santé de personne qui les exécute. Les adolescents constituent les groupes les plus touchés par ce problème dans la population. L’objectif de notre étude était de déterminer les facteurs liés aux comportements sexuels des adolescents dans la ville de Mahajanga. Nous avons réalisé une étude transversale descriptive menée dans 26 quartiers de la ville de Mahajanga I, sur une période de dix-neuf mois, allant, du 01 Septembre 2018 au 31 Mai 2020.Les données ont été collectées à partir d’un questionnaire préétabli et pré-testé.Nous avons mené une enquête auprès des adolescents, en visitant les ménages, de porteà porte à partir d’un questionnaire. La saisie et le traitement des données ont été effectués sur EXCEL 2010. Nous avons recensé 422 adolescents ayant accepté de participer à notre étude ; ils étaient entre 15 à 19 ans, avec un âge moyen de 17,35ans. Le genre féminin prédominait : dans 60,7% avec un sex-ratio de 0,65. Ils avaient un niveau d’étude secondairedans 80,10% dont 64,40% en cours d’étude. On a retrouvé 15,90% qui touchaient une rémunération.Plus de la moitié de nos participants rapportaient avoir déjà eu un rapport sexuel dont 17,2%et ce avant 15 ans. Vingt et un pourcent ont des partenaires sexuels multiples. Nous avons observé un taux de non usage de préservatif dans 82,3%. Les comportements sexuels à risque semblaient s’associer à l’âge, au genre féminin, auniveau d’étude, et à la satisfaction aux besoins matériels des adolescents dans notre étude.

[ENG] Risky sexual behavior is the collection of acts related to sex that endanger the health of the person who performs them. Adolescents are the groups most affected by this problem in the population. The objective of our study was to determine the factors related to the sexual behavior of adolescents in the city of Mahajanga.A cross-sectional study was carried out in 26 districts of the city of Mahajanga I, over a period of nineteen months, ranging from September 01, 2018 to May 31, 2020. Data was collected from a pre-designed and pretested questionnaire. We conducted a survey of adolescents, visiting households, door to door using a questionnaire. Data entry and processing were performed on EXCEL 2010.We identified 422 adolescents who agreed to participate in our study ; they were between 15 and 19 years old, with an average age of 17.35 years. The female gender predominated in 60.7% with a sex ratio of 0.65. 80.10% have a secondary school level of which 64.40% are under study. We found 15.90% of these adolescents who received a salary. More than half of our participants reported having already had sexual intercourse, 17.2% of which had been before the age of 15. Twenty-one percent have multiple sex partners. We observed a rate of non-use of condoms in 82.3%. Risky sexual behavior appeared to be associated with age, female gender, educational level, and meeting material needs of adolescents in our study.
