  [ EN ] The purpose of this study is to highlight the lost opportunities in road congestion, which dwellers Antananarivo live on a daily basis. The present research serves as a basis for reflection on Antananarivo urban development. It can also be exploited by political leaders to streamline their policies and decisions on the future of the agglomeration of Antananarivo.
  According to the calculations and hypothesis used in the modeling, in 2016, Antananarivians have 868,760,556 fuel loss Ariary per day.
