  [ EN ] The Malagasy State has adopted different land policies to better support its development of the territory. This publication estimates the cost of land along the By-Pass for 2021. To do this, we use Gompertz’s non-linear mathematical model, which then uses the Gauss-Newton algorithm.
  This simulation is intended for investors and the public sector to reduce land speculation in the city of Antananarivo.
