  [ FR ] Cette recherche porte sur l’étude d’aménagement du port résilient de Soalara Sud. Le projet d’installation du port se tiendra sur une surface globale d’environ 60 hectares, et vise à transformer le site en un port d’intérêt national pour l’exportation des produits pondéreux en vrac et abondants dans la région Sud-Ouest de Madagascar. Le port résilient renforcera le positionnement touristique de la commune à l’échelle internationale. La conception se concentre surtout sur le dimensionnement des éléments qui constituent la digue de protection afin de maintenir un plan d’eau calme dans le bassin portuaire. Cette digue à talus comporte un noyau en tout-venant recouvert d’enrochements de taille variables.

  [ EN ] This research concerns the development study for the resilient port of Soalara Sud. The project to install the port will cover an overall area of around 60 hectares, and aims to transform the site into a port of national interest for the export of bulk and abundant bulk products in the south-west region of Madagascar. The resilient port will strengthen the municipality’s tourism positioning on an international scale. The design focuses primarily on the dimensioning of the elements that make up the protective dyke in order to maintain a calm body of water in the harbour basin. This embankment dyke comprises an alluvial core covered with riprap of varying sizes.
