  Résumé
  Les perforations se définissent en endodontie comme « une communication pathologique ou iatrogène entre l’espace canalaire et le desmodonte ». La perforation endodontique est la deuxième cause d’échec du traitement endodontique.
  La réussite du traitement dépend de plusieurs facteurs tels : la taille, la forme, la localisation, la durée de la perforation ainsi que le produit de comblement.
  Grâce à l’évolution de la recherche, plusieurs matériaux sont disponibles pour le comblement de la perforation.
  L’objectif du travail consiste à décrire la réussite thérapeutique d’une perforation iatrogène en endodontie en utilisant la Biodentine™ comme matériau de comblement.
  Un cas clinique réalisé dans un cabinet privé à Mahajanga a montré l’efficacité de la Biodentine™ dans le traitement d’une perforation après un recul clinique de un an.
  Ainsi, une perforation de la furcation n’est plus synonyme d’extraction dentaire grâce au développement des nouvelles techniques et l’apparition de nouveau matériau comme la Biodentine™ qui est un ciment tricalcique biocompatible avec un pouvoir d’induction cellulaire. Le pronostic de réussite du traitement est très favorable.

  Abstract
  Perforations are defined in endodontics as "a pathological or iatrogenic communication between the root canal space and the desmodont". Endodontic perforation is the second most common cause of failure in endodontic treatment.
  The success of the treatment depends on several factors such as : the size, the shape, the localization, the duration of the perforation as well as the filling product.
  Through to the evolution of research, several materials are available for the filling of the perforation.
  The objective of this study is to describe the therapeutic success of an iatrogenic perforation in endodontics using Biodentine™ as filling material.
  A clinical case carried out in a private practice in Mahajanga showed the effectiveness of Biodentine™ in the treatment of a perforation after a clinical follow-up of one year.
  Thus, a furcation perforation is no longer synonymous with tooth extraction thanks to the development of new techniques and the appearance of new material such as Biodentine™ which is a biocompatible tricalcium cement with cell-inducing power. The prognosis for successful treatment is very favorable.
